Order Shipping.

  • For all orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for your free delivery as most of our products are imported from across the globe and it has to pass through numerous postal and carrier services.
  • If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, please allow at least 1 week prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.
  • As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
  • Please note that your items may come from different suppliers during different days.

Return & Refund Policy:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns.

  • You have 7 (seven) calendar days to return an item from the date your order was delivered to you.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Items must not be worn, altered or damaged.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Refunds.

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within 10 (ten) business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 Return Shipping.

  • Since your order was shipped free of any shipping charges to you; you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us.
